Bendamere House Bed & Breakfast offers privacy and comfort with five quality ensuite rooms, and superb views from your balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Seaward Kaikoura mountain range. Set among half an acre of rose gardens and lawns there are ample garden furniture to relax on. At certain times of the year the dolphins will perform for you in the bay, which you can see from our viewing platform. All within a minute's walk to the Kaikoura Township and all local sightseeing attractions.

Kaikoura is a picturesque town on the east coast of New Zealand's South Island. On your journey here along our coastal road you can enjoy spectacular views and stop off to learn the history of our region and soak up nature at its very best.
In Maori language 'kai' means food, and 'koura' means crayfish, which is a good indication of the bounty of wildlife experiences available in this spectacular environment.
